Accrue Holiday Pay on-top of PAYE rate for CAE
We have now given you the option to accrue holiday pay on top of the CAE rate. This can be toggled on at either company and customer level. For further information, please see the article below for further information:
Pension Opt-in from Day 1
Previously the system would assess a workers eligibility for pension from their first payment and if required, they can then be opted in to the pension early. We have now added the ability to opt workers into the pension before their first payment:
Full Name addition in Timesheet Definition
We have improved the Timesheet Definition process to allow imports when agencies include the first and surname in the same row. For further information and refresher on how to set up Timesheet Definitions, please see the full article below:
Other Payroll Improvements
Payslips can now been manually re-sent from the Payroll History screen to SafeRec if required
You can now give access to Statement of Earnings to workers on their portal
Ability for workers to submit multiple timesheets for the same period for when they have multiple assignments
NI letter has now been added to the payslip
System generated pension letters to now show in Email history/People Hub
Auto-Reduce Tax Code in Illustrations
Previously if you have a worker that is estimated to earn more than ยฃ100k per year and therefore should be on a lower tax code than 1257L, you would need to manually calculate a lower tax code and add this to the illustrations screen. We have now added a button in illustrations and once ticked, will automatically calculate and reduce the tax code:
Multiple 'From' Email Addresses
Currently it has only be possible to send system emails such as invoices and payslips from one main email address. However from now, you can add additional email addresses for the different type of outgoing emails. Please see further details on the below article on how to verify your Domain and set up Custom Email templates and use this functionality:
Custom People List Enhancements
You will on occasion, need to contact set populations of workers to communicate specific messages to. We have therefore added a number of additional features to the Custom People List such as:
Adding additional search functions including date range for searches such 'last paid within 14 days...'
Additional search fields including workers that have an Accrued Holiday Pay balance - useful for holiday pay reminders
Additional 'user fields' that can be added to custom emails/SMS templates

Signable Enhancements
We have also been working on improving the Signable integration process to enable you to capture and back populate more fields such as:
Adding additional fields that can be back-populated including Holiday Pay Preference
Back populate any Custom Fields that you have created
Ability to configure drop down options on the form

Trust ID Enhancements
We have added a couple of additional features for our Trust ID Integration which should further speed up this process:
Enable 'Auto-Resend' which will resend the link to the worker each day if not actioned
Ability to send out the Trust ID link at the same time a Signable starter pack is sent out

Other CRM Improvements
Emails that 'bounce' will now show this status flag
Job Title if filled in will show on the Assignment
Filters added to the Email section to make it easier to search by date range or email template for historical emails sent to the worker
Statutory Payments now added to People Hub
Creating Recurring Journals
Currently for 'recurring journals', this would be a manual exercise each month to add these to MDA. However for journals that are for the same amount, each month, there is now an option to create 'recurring journals' for set time periods to reduce the time spent on this task:
We have also made an enhancement to 'reversal journals' and unique references will now be created. Please see the below article for a refresher on 'reversal journals' and further information on the update for this release:
