We have added the below new feature to My Digital Timesheets this month:

Previously, there was no provision in the system to set multi factor authentication for you, your clients (or) contractors. In this release, we have now implemented this feature to enhance more security and is more helpful for you to prevent unauthorised users to access the accounts even if password has been compromised. Please see further details below on how this works:

1) We have improved the performance in the sales invoice batch screen and payment remittance batch screen. That will give the better performance while running batches, adding timesheets in bulk to the batch and in sending bulk emails. In both screens, we have added the external search filters for filtering the batches easily instead of scrolling one by one as before.

2) There was some discrepancy in the reports before (sales & purchases) when you have pence value difference. Now we have sorted that and it will show the same value in all the reports.

3) The expenses was not pushed when you push sales & purchase invoice batches to XERO. Now, we have implemented that and when you send the sales & purchase batches, it will push the expenses as well to XERO, so that you don't need to create/upload expenses manually in XERO.

4) Automatic Expense Chaser was not available before for the clients to authorise expenses. You would have to send it manually from Expense Chaser Report. Now we have implemented the automatic chaser for expenses, so that the clients will get chased every day if they didn't authorise the expenses.
