At My Digital, we've continued to develop and enhance each screen in our software and want to thank all of our customers for being patient but also providing feedback and together, we believe MyDigital is the slickest and efficient it's ever been.
Below is a summary of the screens that have had new designs added, feel free to give them a try and see the new additional improvements which we think you'll love!

- Improvements/Bug fixes π- Thank you to all of our customers who have provided feedback in certain areas so we can continue to add more functionality to make the new versions of our pages even quicker to use. As a result, we have also been able to make additional improvements in each area: 
For CRM:
- On Stop filter now added to People List (Stop Payroll reason filter added to People List, the user can choose "Select All" reasons to see who are all on Stop). 
- Attachment Limit increased from 10 to 20 for a single worker in People Hub. 
- Address fields now added to the grid settings in People List and People List export 
- Ability to add Custom Fields in the People List and Custom Population List 
- Workers created via an API will now show the API badge next to their name 
- Ability to copy and paste data into cells in the bank section of a worker's record. 
- 'Printed Payslip' and 'Secondary Email' fields are now added to the People Hub personal info section. 
- Week/Month 1 indicator and 'Starter Pack' status are now added to the People Hub Key Info section. 
- Now you can search by email or phone number with only 3 characters (Email validation and mobile number validation are removed from the filter). 
For Payroll:
- Employee number now added to the Advances Screen 
- Edit icon has been added to Units on Timesheet Upload 
- Billable Expenses will not be uploaded unless the VAT percentage is selected 
For Finance:
- You can now 'Export All' for Customers and Suppliers 
- Ability to copy and paste into cells in the Expense and Reimbursement screens 
- Ability to download the General Ledger into one single spreadsheet tab or split each account code into their own separate tabs 
- New email addresses added containing special characters can now be saved 
- Bug has been fixed which prevented some Subsistence claims not being allowed to save for PSC Companies 
New API π
For clients that also use an additional CRM to maintain contractor data, we have also released the Assignment Rates API so rates can also be added/updated or removed. For further information on this and other API's that are available, please visit:
