As all of you already knew, this screen can only be accessed by "Accounting Firm admins" of each organisation. We have made some improvements to this screen that are mentioned as follows:

This is how the new interface looks:

Giving access by selecting the roles, business type remains the same, but the main change is that we have removed the "Module" in the top section and included the same in the Menus section on the right-hand side.

If an AFA wants one of the roles to have access to organisation specific menus, he has to select "Organisational level" in the business type drop-down (or) select "Limited Company/Umbrella Company" to give access for company specific menus.

As an AFA, If you want to see all the child menus under each module - you can simply click "Expand All" to see them.

If you want to give access to entire module (all parent and child menus), you can select the module at the top and click "Save".

But if you want to give access to specific parent/child menu's, you can simply select the parent menu's/child menu's that they need access to and save them.

In a similar way, you can do the same for company menus with respect to different roles.

You can create a new custom role by clicking "Add Custom Role".

Enter the name of the role and select copy privileges from and click "Create".

I hope you like this new interface for giving access for different menus to your users😊
