New My Digital Interface Continues! 🚀
Here at My Digital, we're continuing to deliver upgraded screens to further improve performance and increase functionality. Below is a summary of the screens that have had new designs added, feel free to give them a try and see the new additional improvements which we think you'll love!
For Payroll, we have released new versions of:

N.B. The start date in all the activity screens under the financial module shall be set as the first date of the active financial year
Sales Invoices (including Group Invoice and Credit Notes)
Customers (including Customer Groups and Payment on Account)
Reimbursements (including Contractor Reimbursement)
VAT
These screens will be the default from today however you can still access the old version for now in the top right hand corner. Please note though that the old versions of these screens will be retired in the next few months so we would encourage you to spend some time on using the new screens as we're sure you'll find them easier to use 😊
Bug Fixes! 🔧
If, when searching by name in Reimbursements, you have two workers with the same name, it was previously returning the expense records for both. Going forward, this will just return the expense records for the employee ID that you select
