In the new interface for People Hub, we have introduced a new feature as well as making some of the workflow smoother. Read on to find out more:
Previous Employment
By popular demand, we have developed the ability to see previous employments for workers, directly from People Hub. If you have ever left and re-joined a worker (either singularly or multiple times), there will be an icon in the new Key Info box which can show you the workers' previous employments:
A box will then appear to allow you to select the relevant previous employment:
This feature will allow you to view information, download documents or send emails. There will be no permission to create, update or delete any information and there is a banner to advise you're in a previous record:
Workflow Improvements
Have you ever reached the stage of selecting a Contact Type, Contact Status or Job Title and the option you need isn't available? Well now, we have added the feature where you can create a custom Contact Type, Contact Status or Job Title directly from a worker's record, simply select the custom option and then the relevant box becomes a free type box:
We've also added the ability to search on the Dashboard through NI number and Postcode:
Lastly, it's now possible to download illustrations (submitted or sent) as well as completed Starter Packs directly from the "Dashboard" or "People List" list of workers:
