Bug Fixes đ§
In Sales Invoice PDFâs, the Clientâs full address (including County) will now be displayed.
Previously, there was a bug in the Client user screen that meant the same option could be selected in two separate drop-down menus. This has now been fixed and data selected in the first menu wonât be available in the second!
There was a bug in the system that was allowing candidates to upload more than 10 files when submitting a timesheet. This is now fixed and the maximum number of files to be uploaded is 10. The previous maximum file size was only 1MB, this has now been increased to 2MB per file.
There has been an issue with contractors being able to submit two timesheets for the same week ending. This was occurring whenever the Timesheet Start Date on the Assignment was set at the end of a month, where that month end falls mid-way through a week. The user was able to select & submit the week in both months across two timesheets. This has now been fixed so that timesheets are based on week number alone and only one can be submitted per week ending.
Previously, contractors were able to submit timesheets for future weekending dates. This was causing issues due to actual hours worked changing after timesheets were approved. This has now been fixed so that only timesheets for past and current week endings can be submitted.

When on the contractor screen, there is now the option to filter by âPAYE Contractorâ
