Adding FPS & Payslip Scheduler Settings
Before you can configure the workflow settings for a client, such as the FPS Submission Scheduler and Payslip Scheduler, you must first complete the client’s Pay Cycle section.

Steps to Add Workflow Settings
- Navigate to the Dashboard by clicking on the logo. 
- On the "Manage Clients" list, locate the client you wish to update and click the Edit icon in the corresponding row. This will open the client details page. 
- In the Workflow section, click "+ Add" to add the workflow settings. 
- A side panel (slider) will appear, displaying all workflows configured for the selected client. 
 Each workflow shows the following information:- Workflow Name – The name assigned to the workflow 
- Pay Cycle Name – The pay cycle the workflow applies to 
- FPS Submission Scheduler – Configured timing for FPS submissions 
- Payslip Scheduler – Scheduled timing for payslip emails 
- Payslip Portal – When will payslips be added to the portal 
- Action – Options to Edit or Delete the workflow 
 
- Click the + Create button to set up a new workflow. 
- Complete the Required Fields - Workflow Name: Enter a name for the workflow. 
- Pay Cycle: Choose whether the workflow applies to a Weekly or Monthly pay cycle. 
- FPS Submission: Select when to send FPS submissions: - On Payday 
- 1 Day before Payday 
- When the Payroll is Approved 
- Do not Send (default) 
 
- Payslip Scheduler: Choose when to email payslips: - On Payday 
- 1 Day before Payday 
- When the Payroll is Approved 
- Do not Send (default) 
 
- Add Payslips to Portal: Choose when to add payslips to the employee portal: - On Payday 
- 1 Day before Payday 
- When the Payroll is Approved 
- Do not Send (default) 
 
 
- Click Save to store the details, or Reset to clear the entered values. 
Note: Once configured, the workflow will automatically run for both main and supplementary payroll runs.
You will see a confirmation pop-up on the payroll run screen during approval if you have the workflow set up.
Updating FPS & Payslip Scheduler Settings
To update or create your workflow settings after the initial setup, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Dashboard by clicking on the logo. 
- On the "Manage Clients" list, locate the client you wish to update and click the Edit icon in the corresponding row. This will open the client details page. 
- In the Workflow section, click "+ More" to add/update the workflow settings. 
- A side panel (slider) will appear, displaying all workflows configured for the selected client. 
- Click the Edit icon next to the workflow you wish to modify. 
- Click Save to apply changes. 
- To delete the workflow, please click the Delete icon and click Proceed on the confirmation pop-up. 
- To exit without making changes, click the Close icon at the top right of the slider.
