In this article, you’ll learn how to verify your domain and set up email sender settings to ensure the successful delivery of system-generated emails. Once configured, all system emails will use the verified address as the sender.

Quick Navigation

Accessing the Email Sender Configuration screen

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard by clicking on the logo.

  2. In the Manage Clients list, find the client you want to update and click the Edit icon in the corresponding row.

  3. On the client details page, locate the Email Sender Setup section.

  4. Click on the "+ Add" option to open a slider where you can configure the domain and sender email.

  5. You can choose to verify your entire domain—allowing you to use any email prefix—or verify a specific email address for sending system-generated emails.

Domain Verification

To verify your domain, please follow the steps below:

  1. Access Domain Verification:

    1. Click on the "Domain Verification" option.

    2. Detailed instructions will be displayed on the screen to guide you through the process.

  2. Enter Your Domain:

In the "Verify Domain" field, enter your domain name. This is typically everything after the "@" symbol in your email address.

For example, if your email address is info@xyz.com, you should enter xyz.com.

Then click on "+ Add Domain". The domain will appear in the list with a status of "Pending".

  3. Download DKIM Records:

    1. Click the download icon next to your domain to download the required DKIM records in a .csv format.

    2. Alternatively, you can click the view icon to view the records directly.

  4. Update DNS Settings:

    1. Share the DKIM records with your IT administrator and request they add them to your domain’s DNS settings.

    2. Step-by-step instructions for this are shown on the screen above the "Verify Domain" section.

    Please Note:

You can verify only one domain per account.

If the domain status remains "Pending", you may delete it and add a new domain if needed. Once a domain is successfully verified, it cannot be changed or removed.

  5. After Verification:

    1. The domain status will update to "Verified".

    2. You can now specify a From Email Address:

      • Check the box below the verified domain field.

      • If you choose not to enter a specific address, emails will be sent from noreply@mydigitalaccounts.com by default.

  6. Add From Email Address:

    1. Enter a default From Email Address and an optional Sender Name.

    2. Click "Add" to complete the setup.
