Additional Assignment Schedule fields
We have added two new additional fields when creating an assignment schedule that will allow you to record Notice Period π as well as any Additional Information π which may be handy for specific clauses that the agency/end client require to be communicated with the worker or any other particular details you wish to highlight for this assignment.

Sales Invoices - filter update
In our March 2022 Release and due to some ongoing feedback around loading time in our Sales Invoice screen, we decided to add a pre-populated date in this screen to only retrieve invoices from the last 30 days.
We have considered further feedback since this update and have recognised that this change did not suit all users. Our aim is to enable all users to access information they require, as quickly as possible, so we will be removing the pre-populated date from this screen. We will however also not pre-populate any invoices in this section to continue to avoid long loading times.
You can now simply land on this page, set the filters you require and only search for information you need!
Payments on Account update
Similar to the changes we made to the Sales Invoice screen in March, we also made changes to the Payments on Account screen to improve performance for Customers with large amount of invoices. This however inadvertently created some inefficiencies for a number of users and therefore, we have rolled back the changes we made in March.
Improving performance and use of our screens will remain a key focus for us still and we will revisit changing this screen again soon once we have found a solution that will suit all users.
Financial Accounting updates
Following some feedback, we have made a couple of changes in our Aged Debtor and Trial Balance reports, check out the new changes below!
Bug Fixes π§
Please see below any bugs that have been fixed in this release:
Leave Date was getting updated for some workers without being the person as a leaver in rare occurrences. So we have resolved this rare case.
"Email address already exists" error message was coming when the user trying to put the leaver's email address to the re-joiner record. This has been resolved and user now can able to put the leaver's email address to the corresponding re-joiner.
Speed Improvements β‘
We have made changes in CRM -> Businesses screen to display the number of records by default. Previously, we have displayed all businesses (irrespective of the numbers in the screen) that was recently updated in the last 30 days. Now, we will display only 50 businesses recently updated in last 30 days to improve the performance of the screen.
