As part of the May 2022 release on MDA, we have made some changes to a couple of our financial reports. Please see below for more information.
Aged Debtor Report
We've been reviewing our Aged Debtor report and after listening to feedback that this may show too much information, there will now be a provision to remove the payroll column in the aged debtor report. This column isn't always necessary and you just want the cold, hard facts of how much a customer owes you (and to give them a gentle nudge as well)! 🤑
To remove this column, simply go to the company settings menu...
...and there will be a new section called "Aged Debtor Settings":
You could be boring and scroll all the way to the bottom but clicking on the right-hand side will magically (✨) take you to this section:
Tick this box and the column is removed, leave it unticked and the column remains. The power is in your hands! 💪
Trial Balance Report
You are now able to download your Trial Balance report as PDF and not just to Excel.
To download this completely new report, you begin in the same menu as before (we can't change everything!):
Filter as your 🧡 desires, hit export and be presented with a choice:
