Customer Portal

As we get closer to Joint and Several Liability (JSL) legislation coming into effect on the 6th April 2026, your Customers may be looking to you for further information to help them complete their additional compliance checks.

We have therefore launched a new Customer Portal with key features such as:

  • A break down your monthly P32 balance by Customer to show the PAYE/NI amounts for just their workers only

  • The ability to Upload documents for each Tax Month such as screenshots of evidence of your tax account with HMRC that has been cleared each month

  • Your Customer can also access and view all payslips for their workers

  • The portal will also show the IR mark for each FPS submission so they have assurance payroll data has been submitted to HMRC

To learn more about the feature, please visit the article below:

Payroll Improvements

  • Zero total pay will be highlighted on the payroll. This will not prevent you from processing the payroll, however we will be flagging this in red and showing a warning in the notes column.

  • We have added the bank date to the PBE report.

  • You can now apply CIS Deductions to Self-Employed Ghost Invoices. Toggle on ‘Enable CIS Deduction’ in company settings > PAYE/VAT details and when creating a ghost invoice this will default to ‘Apply CIS Deduction to Ghost Invoices’.

  • In timesheet upload, we are now displaying the upload name in unmatched data if Unique Agency Identifier (UAI) matches multiple assignments.

Finance Improvements

  • Auto allocation for bank import - There will no longer be an ‘allocate’ button in the banking screen. The system will automatically allocate the transactions based on your bank rules. No need for the extra step!

  • Matching net wages process – We have amended the matching to a payroll where net pay already received is included. You will have the two bank transactions you can then match to the two general ledger items.

  • We are now displaying the number of miles in the expense view screen.

  • When searching for a group customer you can now search via the individual customer’s name to make this easier to find.

  • Home postcode validation check is now available in the mobile app.

CRM Updates

  • Tax year 26/27 is now available to select for illustrations! Follow the link to the article below in creating an illustration.

  • State Pension age - The UK State Pension Age is increasing for men & women from 66 to 67 between 6th April 2026 to 6th March 2028. This is not an immediate increase from 66 to 67 on 6th April 2026, instead the age is phasing up by 1 additional month per DOB month. We have made the necessary changes for the upcoming tax years to account for this.
