Setting up the Employee Account
Once portal access is enabled for an employee, they will automatically receive an email invitation to set up their account.
Note: By default, the “From” email address will be noreply@mydigitalaccounts.com. If you have completed domain or email verification, the emails will be sent from the address you have configured for your client.

After logging in, employees will land on the Dashboard.
The company logo can be clicked at any time to return to the Dashboard.

The Reports tab provides access to tax documents such as P45 and P60.

Recent Payslip Tab
The Recent Payslip tab on the Dashboard highlights the latest payslip.
Clicking it will take the employee to the payslip summary page. From there, they can View, Download, or Email the payslip.
Employee Profile Page
Employees can manage their profile details by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner.
