In our latest release we have focused on fixing a few bugs in the system 🐛🐜 Read on for more details
- Edit Icon in Contractor List - In the previous release, the 'Edit' icon was removed from the Contractor screen. This has now made a return! - Also, when editing a contractor's record, it will remain in edit mode after hitting save. 
- Timesheet Period Sort Order - Previously, timesheet periods were not sorting correctly. Now, you can sort the period start/end dates in ascending or descending date order and they will display correctly. 
- Filter Applied Indication - When you apply a filter to your search, there is now the ability to see that this has been applied. Just choose your filter, click Search, and the top right of the screen will indicate that this is applied. 
- Add Image Attachment in Sales Invoice PDF - We have given a new option in Client settings, “Include Attachment Image(s) in Sales Invoice PDF”. - If this field is selected, then attached images will be included in the sales invoice email with the invoice PDFs & other file formats will be sent in zip file. 
- Notes on Adjustment - After the last update, when creating an adjustment the 'Notes' box was not appearing. This issue has now been resolved and the Notes box is back! 
- Envelope Icon - You can once again re-send an email from the batch list if more than 1 purchase invoice has already been sent via email. Simply click on the 'Send Email' icon as you would have done before. 
- Assignment and Contractor Imports - We have made some improvements to the Assignment and Contractor imports. As well as a couple of new fields, you will now have the ability to view failed records in the upload screen itself, or download a report which can be updated and then reuploaded.
