section,We have introduced the "Notification feature" in the system (bell icon) in your top right of the system. You will get notified for the following actions:
The bell icon shows the number in the red colour, similar to your WhatsApp notification on your app.
When you click on the bell icon, it will show you the messages in the "New" category. Once you click the message, it will take you to the respective screen based on the message received.
After you click the message and if it's taken to the next screen, the message unread number will get reduced, and it will be automatically marked as read, and it'll be moved to the "Historical" section.
The unread message will still be in the "New" section, and if you click "Mark all as read", it will be marked as read and move to the "Historical" section.
You will get notified if any of the below actions happen:
1) File upload by company user.
2) HMRC notices failure.
3) Failure in any steps in automatic approval/closure of payrolls.
If you select the message you received in notification section, it will take you to the respective screen, as we mentioned above. 🤩
