We've added new frequencies in the system - Fortnightly and 4-weekly. They will be displayed when you create new pay cycles along with the existing frequencies - Weekly & Monthly.
The functionality is exactly the same as Weekly & Monthly frequencies. If you want to run any fortnightly/4-weekly payrolls, you would have to create the pay cycle first for the appropriate frequencies, and the pay periods will automatically generate based on the period start date and pay date you've selected.
Then you would need to assign it to employees so that you can start running payrolls with the new frequencies. You can see the appropriate pay cycle in all the payroll reports and the relevant frequency name in payslips and FPS etc.
Similarly, the pay cycle will be tag as "4-weekly" if you create it with the newly added frequency called "4-weekly" and the payslips will show the same name as well.
