This article provides you with guidance on how to view payroll reports, approve payrolls and access reports within the company portal.

Setting up Company User Account
Once portal access is enabled, you will automatically receive an email invitation to set up your account.
Note: By default, the “From” email address will be noreply@mydigitalaccounts.com.
1. Account Activation
The email will have the subject "Company Portal - Account Activation" and include a link titled “Activate your Account.”
Clicking the link will take you to the password setup page.
2. Password Setup
On the password setup page, you can create their login password.
Once the password is set, you will be redirected to the login screen; you can enter your email and the set password to log in successfully.
Approval Request Emails
When any of the payrolls is sent to you for approval, you will be notified via email. The email will come from "noreply@mydigitalaccounts.com" by default. The email will look like below:
If you click the "Log in here" link in the email, it will take you to the login screen where you need to enter your credentials and log in to review the payrolls sent for approval.
Company Portal Dashboard
After logging in successfully, you will be able to see the Dashboard.
The My Digital logo (top left) can be clicked at any time to return to the Dashboard.
The Dashboard displays three individual tabs which will take you to respective screens:
It will also show the latest pending approval payroll; you can click "Review Now" to review and see the reports for that particular payroll.
Review Reports
You can review the pending approval payrolls by clicking on "Review Reports" on the dashboard.
The screen will list all the pending approval payrolls. You can search by pay cycle at the top to see the details for any particular pay cycle if you have more than one pay cycle assigned.
If you click any of the "pending approval" payrolls, you can see the details and figures for that payroll on the right side. It will show the pay period at the top and the count of employees, period, total net amount, pay date, pay cycle, tax year, received date and company name below the pay period.
You can download the documents below to review the payroll by clicking the "down arrow" icon against the following options:
1. Payslips
2. PBE Report
3. Pay Items Result Listing
After reviewing the reports, you can have two options:
1) Approve
If you're happy with the figures after reviewing, you can click "Approve" on that payroll. The pop-up will come up for you to confirm; if you click "Proceed", then it will be marked as "Approved", and it will be notified to the payroll company. The payroll will be moved to the history screen.
If you want to see the history of your approved/rejected payrolls, then you can see that in the "Approval History" screen shown on the dashboard.
If you have multiple approvers set up, any payroll approved by someone else will also appear in your approval history screen, showing exactly who authorised it.
2) Reject
If you're unhappy with the payroll (i.e figures are incorrect/employees are not included/included incorrectly), you can reject the payroll by clicking "Reject". After clicking that, it will ask you for the reason (you can enter up to 500 characters); you can fill that out and click "Confirm Rejection" to reject the payroll, and it will be notified to your payroll-processing company. They will be able to check your rejection reason, take appropriate actions, and resend the approval request when corrected.
Once it's rejected, it will be moved to the "Approval history" screen.
Approval History
As mentioned above, you can check your approved/rejected payrolls under the "Approval History" screen by clicking the tab shown on the dashboard.
This screen will show you the historical payrolls that have been approved/rejected. It will show you the history with the status against each payroll.
If you click "eye" icon next to the status, it will show you the rejected reason if the status is "Rejected"
The payroll reports will get displayed if the status is "Approved". You have the option to download those reports as well if you check anything.
Download P30 Reports
If you want to download and check the "P30 report" for the particular pay period, you can download it from the portal by going into the "Download P30 Reports" tab shown in the dashboard.
The screen will look like below:
You would have to choose the company, tax year and the tax month to download the P30 report.
If you click "Download Report" after choosing the required details, the P30 report will get downloaded, and you can view it by opening the document.
