Switching Between MDA and MDP
If your account has access to both MDA (My Digital Accounting) and MDP (My Digital Payroll), your default landing page will be the MDA Dashboard.
To switch to MDP, simply click the "My Digital Payroll" icon located at the top of the screen.
When you're in MDP, you will see a similar icon to switch back to MDA. Clicking this icon will return you to the MDA dashboard.
Accessing the user management screen
To manage user access and settings:
Click the user icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
You will be directed to the User Management section, where you can view, invite, and manage user accounts.
Invite MDA Users
In the User Management section, the default tab will be "Invite MDP Users". This tab displays all MDA users eligible to be invited to MDP.
For each user, the following information is shown:
Username
Name
Email
User Type (Role)
Actions (Invite User)
To invite a user:
Click the "Invite User" icon in the Actions column.
A pop-up will appear where you can select the user role. Choose Bureau Admin.
Click "Send".
The user will receive an email stating:
β"You have been granted access to My Digital Payroll..."
Once the invitation is sent, the user will automatically move to the "Manage MDP Users" tab.
