Seamless switch from MDA to My Digital Payroll

For customers who have already signed up to use our new My Digital Payroll product for Bureau purposes, you can now seamlessly switch back and forth with just one click. If enabled, you will see the My Digital icon below in the top bar within MDA and simply click this button to switch to My Digital Payroll.

The same button will appear in MDP and simply click again to come back to MDA. If you havent set signed up for our My Digital Product and want to know more, please get in touch with us soon or visit https://mydigitalaccounts.com/my-digital-payroll/ .


AI Timesheet Upload Improvements

We released our first AI feature in March to help processing difficult Customer remittances. We have improved this feature further to include:

  • Showing a history of uploads

  • Adding a Bulk Download

  • Bulk update/delete of line items

  • Handles Excel files of more than 71 rows

  • Show 'Extracted Value' from document if shown in addition to system calculated value

  • Ability to view uploaded file from the AI import screen

  • Try file as an image if AI failed to read document

Payroll Updates

We have made a number of Payroll Improvements in this release covering:

  • Ability to use 'Tiered Matching' logic for Timesheet Upload

  • Ability to override the default day rate (when the frequency changes from hours to days)

  • Timesheet upload capped at 5,000 rows to reduce performance issues

  • Option to view 'Created By' as a column in the Run Payroll – Umbrella screen

  • Jarvis added as a pension provider (and contributions file)

  • Updates to SMART and NEST files to reduce errors

Net Wages Matching AI

We've improved the efficiency in our Net Wages Automation feature by incorporating AI to perform predictive matches based on certain conditions.

Also for banks that merge all outgoing transactions into one when paying workers, we have now added the ability to match net wages by Payroll ID. Please visit the below article for more details on how it works:

Allocating Supplier Refunds

We have introduced the new option in the Banks screen for you to allocate the supplier refunds in an easier way. For further details, please visit the below article:


Finance Improvements

  • We've enhanced the export functionality in the credit note screen to include Created by and Updated by for audit trail purposes.

  • We've enabled the balance sheet account codes during the creation of purchase invoices and debit notes (previously it wasn't there) to allocate prepaid expenses directly against the account code.

  • You now have the ability to create multiple assignments for the same worker with the same agency during the same period. It gives you more flexibility to have different assignments with the same agency but different end clients.


Bug Fixes πŸ› οΈ

  • Group Invoices by Location will no longer show a default workers name in the Description column
