We have now added an additional option within the People Hub menu which now shows as Customer People List. This will allow you to create bespoke reports based on a variety of information within the system.
You can find this in People hub – Custom people list
You will then need to navigate ‘Manage Custom People list’ in the top right corner.
This will take you to the Manage Custom People list screen where you can access lists already created, as well as create new ones. To create new ones, please hit ‘Create’ in the top right.
A new pop out box will appear where you can then select your filters to create a report:
Depending on which fields you select on the left, will the determine which filters you can amend on the right. We have also added additional drop down filters within the fields to make the report more versatile and functional to your needs. For example, you can now filter the report on ‘Name’ but with the option to select ‘contains, starts with, ends with, empty’.
Once you have selected your filters, enter a Custom people name and click save. This will add the report to the manage list where you can amend, see history changes and/or delete if necessary.
Heading back to the ‘Custom People List’ screen, you can then select which pre-made report you want to pull by selecting this in search bar.
This will then bring up the workers in the bottom part of the screen who relate to the filters on the report
Once you have selected the pre-made report, you can still add additional filters to make your report more specific. If you add additional filters, you will have two options; to save or search. Adding and then saving a filter, adds the filter permanently to the report whereas search works temporarily meaning it will add the filter and display the list, but will not keep the report in that form permanently in the system. A warning will appears asking if you want to permanently update the population filters if you press "Save Filters”.
You can also export the report to excel form.
Note: There are no management options for a custom people list, such as deletion, deactivation, and view history
