Please check below for illustrations and email enhancements in this update:
1. New email template for Illustrations: Previously, there was no way to see the email template for illustrations. Now we have added a new system template for illustrations. You can create a custom one for that system-defined template if you want in the Email Templates screen, so that when you generate and send illustrations, the updated content is filled in there, you can amend it if they need it and send it across to the workers.
2. Payslip format - CAE illustration: For CAE illustration, we have given the option to choose the payslip format (three) you would like to generate when you generate it. Template without an income statement is the default one, if you want the illustrative payslip to show assignment rates as well, you can choose "CAE with Assignment Rates", so that the illustrative payslip (CAE) will show the assignment rates.
3. Sending Emails from People Hub: We have provided the provision for you to send custom emails to the workers directly from People Hub -> Contact -> Emails.
You have to choose the template, edit the subject if they want to, and send the email to the worker.
4. Subject in custom email templates: We have added the option to define "Subject" for custom email templates that you are creating in their organisation. This will be useful for when you send the email from People Hub to individual workers (or) send illustration emails without having to enter the subject again and again once defined in the email templates screen for the particular template.
When you choose the template in People Hub, the subject will be pre-filled, and you can send it straight away.
