There is now the option to download previously rolled back payslips. In the Payroll – Process – Payroll History screen, we have introduced a new Payroll Rollback History Button.
You can only download previous run payslips. These will have a ‘rolled back’ watermark on to avoid confusion. There is no provision to resend the email to the worker or resend the payslip for audit purposes.
In this screen, you can also see who rolled back the payslip. It will show the users name if this was done manually, or it will show as ‘system’ if this was done as a result of multiple payrolls being processed in the same tax week.
