If you have entered into a partnership with SafeRec so that the payslips you produce can be ran through their audit process, you can now enable this within your company in MDA!
Set up
After you have entered into an agreement with SafeRec, you can establish the API connection to SafeRec by going to Company Settings>Payslip Settings and adding the API/Company ID that SafeRec will provide to you:
Process
Once the API connection is established, payslips that you generate will also be sent to SafeRec. The payslip submission to SafeRec will be a back ground task and you can see the time these are sent by viewing the Background Task menu as highlighted below:
You can also see the submission status of these payslips in the Payroll History menu. Simply ensure Audit Status is added to the menu items which can be accessed by clicking the Grid Settings icon:
If you ever need to re-send a payslip to SafeRec, simply click on the below icon in the Actions section:
Update - 14/09/2024
You can now use the same integration to send Saferec copies of RTI submissions to help with their audit. To set this up, simply select Payslips & RTI Files and save.
Please note, this will only send RTI submissions over that are Successful status in MDA:
