Contractor Portal - Reimbursements

When you log in to the portal, you will see the following screen: To reach the Reimbursements page, navigate to the Reimbursements menu on the dashboard page.

You can also access the Reimbursement page via the menu.


The toggle button "Hide Info/Show Info" allows you to hide or display the information section.

The search options are displayed when you click the show search icon in the reimbursement list header. The tax year filter is now available in the search area. We've eliminated the start date, end date, and claim from and replaced them with a claim value search option.

We've excluded the Claim From column and relocated the export option within the grid.

Create Reimbursement:

To minimise moving back and forth, the Create Reimbursement page will now open in a slider rather than a separate page.

We have included the option to submit attachments while creating a reimbursement.

Edit Reimbursement:

Now, editing reimbursement details displays the data above the listing and includes the options "Update" and "Update and Add Next."

Under edit reimbursement, there are now options to download, preview, and delete attachments.

View Reimbursement:

When you click View Reimbursement, the data will now be displayed in the slider rather than on a new page. The slider can be closed by clicking "Cancel" at the bottom right or the cross icon at the top right.

The view reimbursement slider lets you view and download attachments.
