In MDA, you can set up your own SDC and IR35 Questionnaires to assess worker eligibility. The menu to create the questionnaire templates is under CRM>Questionnaires.
You would start by selecting the Test Type and then any questions you create will be added to the selected questionnaire:
You will start by editing the conclusion setup to set the results, threshold and leniency:
A slider will appear where you can set these up and the free type box will be what appears on the conclusion document which you can send to the worker or simply download:
Once you have saved the conclusion setup, you will want to create questions which form the questionnaire, as well as ensuring the weighting is correct for your threshold and leniency you created earlier.
Once you have completed this, click “Create” and the question will be shown on the Question list:
Repeat this process for the number of questions you want to setup. Once the questionnaire is complete, it will now appear on the worker’s record under the Personal tab>SDC IR35>Take Test
