Timesheet Manual Chaser - Improvements

We've made some exciting changes to the timesheet manual chaser reports screen.

As per this release, we have made some changes to the timesheet chaser screen. One of the most exciting things, we have given the "Client Chaser" functionality in separate tab to send manual chasers to the client users who have timesheets that are not yet authorised.

The user can search for pending timesheets that were in awaiting authorisation based on date range with the client and client user.

After the user searches for a particular date range, he can see a list of the client users with their timesheet counts. If the user clicks the timesheet count, it will give the details of the timesheets separated by the assignment.

The agency admin user can send a chaser email by clicking on the email icon, which displays individually against each client user.

Also, the user can send a bulk chaser email by selecting multiple users and clicking on the Send Email button.

The report can also be downloaded in the Client Chaser tab, like in the Contractor Chaser tab, by clicking the "Download" icon in the top right corner below the filters. This will then give the client user information and timesheet information.

Once a user searches anything in the filter on the chaser screen, the system will remember the search until your user session ends, at which point it can be changed at any time!

Also, we have included a "Status" column in contractor and client chaser reports.

I hope the manual client chaser tab makes your life easier for chasing the clients if they need to authorise immediately, unless you wait for the next day for the automatic chaser sent to them (or) manually send the emails from your mailbox.
