MDA CRM Updates

While generating the KID, we added two more fields. Previously, KID showed "Contract of Service" by default for all workers/illustrations. Now we have given the field "Type of Contract" while you attempt to download KID and left it for the user to select any of the values given below, so that the selected type will display in the KID.

Secondly, there will be a checkbox for "Remove Cover Page", if you have selected that the front cover "Agency Information Document" won't display in the KID.

In the new illustration screen, some of the field names and their placements have been changed to make it more intuitive for the users. There were four important functionalities that were added to the new illustration screen.
1. The ability to add multiple rates while creating an illustration (you can add maximum of 5 rates).
2. The ability to add NMW hours to each rate.

3. The ability to give a "percentage" value for a private pension while generating an illustration.
4. The ability to send an illustrative payslip while sending an illustration to workers.

While the functionality of the email template screen remains the same in the new screen, the create and copy templates have been merged. You can copy and create the new custom template by selecting the system template while creating the email template.

Also, we have introduced the ability to search using "To Email Address" and "Template Name" in the Email History screen to make life easier for the users.

In the new Manage Users screen, the Accounting Firm Admin now has the ability to create new AFAs. AFA can upgrade/downgrade another AFA, but it won't be possible for other users. The last login date will be displayed against each user in the screen. Also, we have introduced the ability to search using "Role Type" (internal and external users).
