Accrued Holiday Pay
Whilst the accrued Holiday Pay screen functionalities remain the same in the new screen, we have introduced the ability to search using employee numbers. As well as the ability to download an accrued holiday pay report from that screen 😁
Earlier Year Amendment
In the new EYA screen, some of the field names and their placements have been changed. Existing bugs related to postgraduate loans not being submitted have also been addressed and resolved!
Private Pension
In the new screen, we have added in "Scheme Name" search functionality and "Payment Frequency" when creating a new private pension to assist with the calculation where necessary. Also, the start and end dates of a private pension can now be edited at anytime. We have also maintained the history for all edits, with the date and time of changes. The deduction history for each worker will now also include the payroll id that the deduction was made on ☺
Court Orders
In the new Court Order screen, we have added the workers' Payment Frequency when creating a new order. We have also added the ability to edit the end data and total deduction amount of the orders, unless the status is completed. There is now the option to add bank details for each court order, these bank details will be included in the court order report under standard reports 🎉
Payroll Settings - Company Setup
Under Settings> Company Setup, in the new screen we have now combined the payroll related settings into one menu under 'Payroll Settings'.
Wise Bank File
A new bank file for 'Wise' has been added to MDA and is available to select from the new Payroll Settings screen. The file will be available to download from the payroll, advance, and private pension screens. Due to the Wise requirements, the employee number will be included in the file even if 'Include employee number' is not selected in the settings.
