As part of our November '22 release, the Pension Letters screen has been upgraded to our new user interface. With this, there have also been some minor tweaks to a couple of features on this page:
Pay Date
In our last release, we removed the Pay Date field from the data table. However, after listening to feedback we have now added that field on the new interface 👂
Mark as Sent
There is also now a provision to mark a pension letter as sent. To see this option, you will first need to filter for letters which are in "Not Sent" status (which is the default when loading initially or when you clear the applied filter). In the top right hand corner there is an option to "Mark As Sent". First select your data from the table...
...And then click "Mark As Sent"
It's as simple as that!!! 😲🎉
