Screen updates

The Compliance screen will now show a summary count for two new statuses: Awaiting Approval and Expires in 30 Days.

The compliance screen will now have the option to filter compliance documents by those in 'Awaiting Approval' stage.

Renewable Settings

When creating a new compliance template, there is the option to say whether or not the document 'Is Renewable' .

Now, when ticking the box, you have the option to complete the number of days/weeks/months that the document expires in.

Auto Renewal Date Update

Once the user signs or uploads a document, the system will automatically calculate the start date (current date) & end date of the expiry based on the current template settings. Each time a new document is uploaded to the same template, the dates will be updated respectively. The user will only be allowed to select the maximum number of days/ months/ weeks based on the current settings of the template. Only the Admin user can override the expiry date set by the system.

No expiry date

The contractor will not have the option to input an expiry date when uploading a document. In this case, the agency admin will need to update the renewal/ expiry date of the user's specific template.

Downloads

There will now be the option to select and bulk download up to six compliance documents at a time by selecting the desired templates and clicking on 'Download'. This will download the templates into a zip file.

You can also select and bulk 'Unassign' up to 25 templates at a time. 😍

Compliance Renewable Report

In the renewable report, only the approved templates that are going to expire in next 30 days will be listed by default. The user will also have the ability to check the records that will expire in the next 60 days and the next 90 days.

From the report screen, there is also the option to send a template that is due to expire to a worker, or to reassign a template to a worker by selecting it. Both of these functions can now be done in bulk to a maximum of 50 workers at a time.

Bug fixes

  • Previously, the 'Days' filter to bring up documents from the last 30/60/90 days was not functioning as expected. This has now been resolved.

  • The 'Last Updated' column in the grid search will now work to show the date that documents were last updated

  • For contractor and client users, the grid will now default to show 25 items instead of only 10

  • Once a package is created, the user is able to add or remove templates from the package at any time

That's it for Compliance! πŸ₯³
