KID Document Changes
We have reduced the number of pages in the KID document from 3 to 2 as per the legislation which states that KID documents produced must be on a maximum of 2 sides of A4 paper when printed out.
We have changed the content in the KID document against "Type of Contract" to "Contract of Service" as the legislation on KID does not state "contract of employment" as a preferred option.
Worker's Record: New Title Added
Individuals who do not identify as any gender (non-binary) will commonly use 'Mx' as a non-gender-defining title. This was not previously available as an option in MDA. So we have now added "Mx" as an option in the Title drop-down in the People Hub worker record.
A user can now use this title for a contractor who doesn't want to specify their title as "Mr/Ms", however, they will need to specify gender as "Male/Female" to successfully submit the FPS. The added title will also work if you upload people using our imports (CRM-> Data Import).
Edit Business Screen-Create Page button added.
We have added the "Create Page" button in the Edit Business screen to help users create a page for the particular contact/business/branch instead of going to the Pages list to create a page.
On clicking Create Page, the contact will be defaulted to the business you are editing and you will be able to create a page for this particular business/contact.
