As we all know, the new tax year brings new National Minimum Wage rates.
To apply the new rates to your organisation, go to the settings cog in the right-hand corner and select NWM Rates from the list.
Then select the start date of the upcoming tax year under 'NMW Rates effective from' and you will see that this brings up a table of the updated NMW rates for that year.
'Effective Date' determines the date that these changes will be effective. So, here you will need to select the year correctly (i.e., 01/04/2025 for the 2025 tax year) and then select the date (pay date) that you want the updated rates to become effective. Any payrolls with a pay date on or after this date will have the new NMW rates applied. If you haven't given any date on "Effective Date" for a particular tax year, the new rates will get applied from the pay date - 01/04.
You will then need to click 'Save' and the new rates will automatically be applied.
