Navigate to the Client User area - click CREATE to add a new Client User
Complete User Info tab
Client User No: Automatically Assigned as a unique identifier by the system
Client: Mandatory – select the primary client that the client user is associated with
Additional Client: Optional - if the one user will be responsible for multiple clients, stack other Clients here
First Name: Mandatory – Enter the first name of the client user
Surname: Mandatory – Enter the surname of the client user
Email Address: Mandatory – Enter the email address of the client user, this is the email address the client user’s Texas invitation will be sent to
Phone Number: Optional – Enter the phone number of the client user
Mobile Number: Optional – Enter the mobile number of the client user
Login Details: Toggle option – If this is enabled, the Client User will receive an email inviting them to sign-up to MDT, It is best practice to disable this, when a client user leaves to stop them from accessing records on MDT.
Roles: Drop-down – add roles of the Client User, multiple roles are able to be assigned
Timesheet Authoriser – able to authorise/reject timesheets
Expense Authorises – able to authorise/reject expenses
Once a Client User has been created, when you access the Client User record, you will also be able to view Assignments that are associated with their Candidates, and you will have the ability to re-send their invitation email.
