To access a list of all people in the system you have access to you can click on the "People Hub" icon, then “People List” menu

Once on the page you will see a search grid. From here you can search through the worker records using any of the fields.

You can also export the list into excel format should you wish. The Export will contain all possible grid settings along with the custom CRM fields set at company level.

Grid Settings

You will have the ability to customise the grid on this page. To do select ‘Grid Settings’ at the top of the search grid.

You will see the screen below which allows you to remove/add columns to the main grid. The minimum number of fields is three, without three selected it will not allow you to apply the settings.

Other Features

There are a number of useful features that can be easily accessed from the people list page. These include the ability to quick create certain items and see a workers status for example.

Pages

The first column in the table is the pages column and there are two possible buttons you will see.

If the contractor has a page(s) already created you will see this dark blue button. Clicking this will take you to the pages tab on the worker record for you to view/edit/create new pages.

If the contractor does not have a page you will see this blue button. Clicking this will open the “quick page create” slider (see below image).

You are also able to create and edit groups of people to assign the pages to from this slider as well as add a task.

Illustrations

The column will display 2 options either:

“Create” (plus icon), “Submit”. You can also download any previously created illustration.

Starter Pack

This column will display one of 5 options, “Create” (plus icon) ,“Draft” “In Progress”, “Completed” or “Cancelled”.

People Statuses

This column will display the current status of the worker. See a table below for what each status means.

Actions

The action column will vary based on where the worker is up to in terms of there employment. See all possible actions in the table below.
