Pay Element Setting - MDA

Understand how to create pay elements in My Digital Accounts.

The pay element setting page is where you can create custom pay elements. The menu is found under Payroll -> Preparation -> Pay Element - Setting

From the main screen you can see the name, default units and rate, and pay element type which determines how it is processed:

Creating a Pay Element

To create a pay element, select the '+Create' button in the top right hand corner. A slider will then appear with the below fields.

Pay Element Name - Enter the name of the pay element you are setting up. This name will be displayed on the payslip.

Quantity - Set the default quantity and unit type.


​Rate - Set the default rate.

Pay Element Type - Select the type via the dropdown shown below.
