Review Payment - MDA

Understand how review payments can be used in My Digital Accounts.

Review payment can be used to alert the payroller for any of the set given reasons when creating the review. The menu can be found under Payroll -> Preparation as shown below.

Creating a Review Payment

To create a review payment, select the create new button shown below.

You will then be taken to the below screen, asking you for the worker and reason for the review. See completed example below.

People - Select the worker the review is for via the dropdown.

Reason - This is a dropdown with generic reasons such as overpaid, see full list below.

Add Expiry Date? - Select this tickbox if you want the review to expire naturally after a certain date. Doing so will then prompt you for a end date.

Review Payments - PBE Report

Once the review payment has been added this will now appear on the PBE report. Once a payroll is at 'Verify' stage you can download the PBE by selecting the excel icon shown below.

Once opened, scroll to column BE and you will see the review payment column. If a worker has had one added to their record this will be displayed as shown below.
