Pages are a great source of information. That being said, if they are used frequently, they can quickly become a bit of a mess to navigate notes or tasks within a page.
To help maintain a page you have the ability to delete redundant notes and tasks. See the screen below with the highlighted function.
For tasks, you can filter by status to reduce the amount displayed, but if you find several tasks that have been closed for some time and want to delete them, you can, see the screen below with the function highlighted.
