Once on a person's record, the starter pack section is found under the Personal Tab.
The Starter Pack section allows you to send envelopes from the system via Signable, if you have opted to use this then the API settings are set at E-Signatures Configuration. To send one hit the send button. Once you have sent one/several your screen will look like this.
This screen is the full history of the starter packs sent for this person.
You can view the status, click into the party section to see who has opened the document, download any attachments and see the last action date. The action column has several buttons:
Refresh
This button will refresh the envelope status to Real-Time information
Cancel
This button cancels the envelope, the status will be updated to reflect this.
Backpopulate
This button allows you to see all the fields you have set to Merge on Signable.
Download
This button allows you to download the completed Starter Pack.
