CRM Info Tab - MDA

The CRM Info section is where all onboarding and ad-hoc information is saved. It’s broken down into four sections.

Status Info

Contact Type and Contact Status are both dropdown options set at CRM Settings level. Referred by is for you to select who referred the contractor if applicable.

Employment Info

You can update things like job title, expected start date and expected first pay date, UTR Number, Applied on (UTR) and Test Id (UTR). None of this information drives the payroll, it is just there as a placeholder for information.

We also allow you to store an External CRM ID if you wish to use an external CRM, this will help link the records on each system together.

Account Manager Info

You can select the Business Admin and Account Manager via the dropdown menus.

Custom Fields Info

This section is customisable at Field Settings level in CRM Settings. You can have info here you find useful to your specific needs.
