The People Hub people records are the one-stop-shop for all things related to your workers.

From here you can see all your CRM and employment details for a worker as well as activate their portal access, conduct SDC and IR35 assessments, create illustrations and complete CIS verifications plus loads more!

On each person record, there is a Key Info box on the left-hand side. Then, you have tabs across the top for each of the various sections of the worker's record. Within each tab, you have further subsections listed underneath to help you navigate the information you're looking for.

Most role types are managed through the people hub and share many of the same details. There are more articles available that run through all options in each of the people record tabs to explain what each section and field are for.

As you can see from the screenshot below, you will be able to see the following details in the Key Info box; Email, Mobile Number, Company, National Insurance number, Role, UTR number (if applicable), Status, Tax Code and Last Paid Date.

Enabling People Logins

In the top right-hand corner of this Key Info section, you will be able to see a field called “Enable Login”. This is where you can give the person access to the Contractor/Employee portal by clicking on this. Next to the slider, you can see a person icon. If you click on this, you will see the below list. This list is the levels of access you want your Contractor/Employee to have access to on the portal. By default, this will mirror the settings you configure at the organisation level but you can customise this if necessary by simply ticking each one that you would like them to be able to see and then click “Save”. This will then grant them this access.
