This section is intended to help you understand the manage customers menu.
All Customer (Agency) records can be found under Financial Accounting >Customers
Once you have navigated to the above customer menu item you will be greeted by the manage customers screen which will look similar to the below. From this screen, you have a number of actions available to you.
Search
You can search for customers by typing in their name in the search box and selecting them from the dropdown that appears.
Creating and editing customers
You can create and edit existing customers from this screen, read the article Creating and Editing Customers for further instructions
Access the Customer Payments on Account screen
By clicking on the below icon, this will take you to the payment on account screen where you can reconcile your customer receipts and credits:
