Activating Your User:
If your email address has been used to set up a Quick Suite login, you will receive an activation email that should look like this:
Username: This is the email address your login is set up with. This will be used as your Username for all future logins.
Temporary Password: This is the password you use to first sign into your login. You will be prompted to change your password when you first successfully log in, so this password will only ever be used once.
Expiry: As stated in the email, your temporary password will expire in 7 days. If you don’t activate your Quick Suite login within those 7 days, your login will no longer be activatable, and you will need to contact our helpdesk to receive a new activation email.
MFA: You will be required to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your Quick Suite login when first logging in. It is advised to download a suitable authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator, on your mobile device to do this.

Set Up MFA:
On your first login, you will need to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA):
1.You will need to download a suitable authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator, on your mobile device to do this. Many authenticator apps are available for downloading on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, most of which are free.
2. Use the app you downloaded to scan the QR code given. Alternatively, you can click “Show secret key” to show a code you can enter into your app to configure the codes without scanning the QR code. This will give you a 6-digit code that will change every 30 seconds that you use for all Quick Suite logins.
3. Enter a code from your authenticator app: Enter the 6-digit code that appears from configuring your authenticator app for Quick Suite.
Enter a friendly device name – optional: You can use this to enter a name for the device you have your MFA codes set up on. For future logins, this device name will appear on the MFA screen when prompted to enter in your code. This is helpful if you have multiple devices that you use to store MFA codes.

Clicking this link will take you to a new screen which will allow you to enter your username (email). This will then send a password reset email and take you to a new screen, as shown below:

- Data from Excel/CSV: Datasets created from a spreadsheet or CSV file can be done so using the “Upload a file” option.
- Data from other sources: Quick Suite provides a plethora of data connections that can be implemented for various data sources. Each source will require specific credentials to configure and may also require extra configuration within the data source itself.
