1) Payslip Changes – Accrued Holiday Pay with Accrued Employment Costs Payout: We've made changes specific to the payslip when you payout the accrued holiday pay with accrued employment costs in payroll w/o screen to make it clear for the users to see the actual accrued holiday payout in the payments section and accrued employment costs payout in the "Company Income Received" screen.
2) Smart & Jarvis Pension File Changes:
We've made the below changes in the pension file:
If the worker is not payrolled in the specific period, we will now show the ‘ContributionDeductionDate’ as the "PayPeriodStartDate" instead of showing the worker's last paid date. This change will be in both the Smart and Jarvis pension files.
We will now show the Assessment and Event codes as blank for the "POSTPONED" workers instead of showing both columns as 0. This change only applies to the Smart pension file.
If the pension scheme type is overridden for the people, we will now show the "EmployerContributionsPercent" as the actual legislation value/overridden value in People Hub instead of showing it as 0. This change will be in both the Smart and Jarvis pension files.
